Real Talk. Real Trails. Real Awesome. Welcome to Sole Confessions, the podcast where we pull back the curtain on the "Long Game" of being an athlete. Hosted by Coach Natty, Lynette, and Laura, we’re a trio of mid-pack runners and riders who believe that your best miles don't have to be behind you.
Why "Sole Confessions"? Because trail life is messy! It’s about the soul-searching moments at mile 20, the grit it takes to recover from injury, and the literal "soles" of our shoes hitting the NWA dirt. We’re here to celebrate the mid-packers, the athletes doing amazing things while balancing life, work, and the occasional squirrel-brain moment.
