Personal Athletic Background
-
D1 Athletic Discipline: Drawing on the drive and rigor of his time playing collegiate football for the University of Tennessee, Trey understands the demands of high-level competition and goal achievement.
-
The Power of Movement: As an avid enthusiast of mountain biking and sprinting, Trey practices the very principles of movement, power, and efficiency he teaches his clients.

Trey & Natty
Closing the Performance Gap: The Trey & Natty Difference
The biggest challenge athletes face is the gap between the healthcare professional who fixes the injury and the coach who designs the training. We close that gap completely because our expertise is unified by a shared life and passion.
-
A Unified Approach: Trey (PT) brings three decades of physical therapy expertise in biomechanics and injury resilience, while Natty (Coach) provides data-driven training and CNS optimization. This partnership ensures your program is both designed for peak performance and built on a foundation of injury prevention and proper movement.
-
A Love Story Forged in Movement: Their partnership began back in 2007. Trey, with his background in D1 football and physical therapy, fell head over heels when Natty used the term 'hip flexor' while they were rock climbing. It was a shared language of movement that sparked a lifelong connection.
-
Shared Adventure & Athletic Grit: Their commitment extends far beyond the clinic and track. They raced side-by-side on a grassroots Norco mountain bike team from 2007–2009 and spent many years adventuring across the country in their truck camper. They understand the demands of real-world training, travel, and commitment.
-
The Team Mascot: Their loyal companion, Bubba, rounds out the team. If he’s not out enjoying the trails with them, he can be found expertly couch surfing or enthusiastically "having words" with the squirrels that dare step onto the deck—a perfect example of their fun, trail-loving lifestyle.
